Tim is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving exponential growth, pioneering innovation, and harnessing technology to unlock profitability. His leadership spans financial services, private equity, and multi-indices trading, all grounded in the discipline and resilience he developed while serving in the United States Navy with SEAL Team One.
With over 30 years of success in the financial sector, Tim has built a formidable reputation at major institutions, including the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is the Founder of OakStreet Trading, a commodities trading firm, where he led the company through 15 consecutive years of profitability and growth, consistently navigating complex financial and commodity markets with precision. Tim also Co- founded Lendr, a fintech lender dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses, where he served as CEO and now holds the role of Chairman.
An accomplished investor, operator, and strategist, Tim possesses deep expertise in risk analysis, finance, operations, and technology platforms. He has founded multiple companies, strategically invested in high-potential ventures, and provided early-stage funding to startups across diverse industries. His sharp entrepreneurial instincts and financial acumen enable him to identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities with precision.

Tucker started his career skiing professionally as a young teen competing in halfpipe on the US Ski Team. Tucker was the first freeskier signed to NIKE at age 14 and was the first skier to have a national TV campaign launched by Paul Mitchell. He was one of the first athletes signed to GoPro and helped lead their marketing

Tucker started his career skiing professionally as a young teen competing in halfpipe on the US Ski Team. Tucker was the first freeskier signed to NIKE at age 14 and was the first skier to have a national TV campaign launched by Paul Mitchell. He was one of the first athletes signed to GoPro and helped lead their marketing into the action sports world in addition to his duties as an athlete. Selected as only one of four athletes to the US Team, Tucker claimed the National Championship title in 2010 and moved on to a #2 ranking worldwide in 2011 after winning a silver medal at the AFP World Championships.
Retiring from the Ski Team at 23 years old, he became a seed investor at Gameface Media in Boston and original employee and developed sales and business development experience at an early tech startup.
Tucker was asked to join defense manufacturer Wilcox Industries in Portsmouth, NH where he was responsible for the introduction and ramp up of US Defense manufacturing in Doha, Qatar as well as the development and execution of various weapons programs and training programs in the Middle East.
Tucker has been involved in private investments throughout his career and joined a late stage fund in 2022 focusing on multi industry opportunities targeting liquidity within 18-24 months. Tucker raised over $70MM in his first 18 months.
Tuck enjoys golfing, fishing, huntings, biohacking, his two dogs Wicked and Mayhem and spending time with his friends and investors.
